Oztag Subs Manager

Players swap in number order, numbered by first name A to Z. The player who has been on the pitch longest comes off, and the player who has rested longest goes on. The bench shows who is "on next for" whom.

Auto picks the swap time (from 15:00 down to 2:30) that gives everyone the closest to equal time on the pitch for your squad size and pitch size. You can also set a fixed swap time before kick-off.

On the Squad tab, tap the person icon next to their name. They keep their number but are skipped. You can change this mid-game. A player marked present again rejoins through the bench, in the normal rotation.

Players can't be removed one by one, so numbers and the rotation stay consistent. Use Reset team and settings at the bottom of the Squad tab to start again.

Allow notifications for Oztag Subs Manager in Settings > Notifications, and turn on "Beep, vibrate and notify at swaps" on the Squad tab. Make sure Silent Mode and Focus are not blocking alerts.

Open Squad > Live sharing > Share with coaches, then invite people with Messages or a link. Choose "Can make changes" or "View only" for each coach. They need the app installed and to be signed in to iCloud. Everyone sees changes within a couple of seconds while the app is open.

Check you are signed in to iCloud in Settings, that iCloud Drive is on, and that you have internet. The app keeps working offline and catches up when you reconnect.

Tries, trophies and names are combined so nothing is lost. For clock changes, the first one saved wins and the other coach sees a short message.

On the Squad tab under Live sharing, tap Stop sharing (if you started it) or Leave shared game (if you joined). Your own squad stays on your phone.

It runs on iPhone with iOS 16 or later.
